Editing the photos is a precise job and takes 3 to 4 weeks. If you have a special deadline (e.g. an announcement shoot), you may let me know when booking and we will agree on a delivery date together.
A week from the day of your shoot you will receive your proofs to choosing your images for your final gallery. Your photos will then be delivered through an online gallery. The number of downloadable images you receive will depend on your chosen package. Can't make a selection of your favorite images? No worries, you can always order extra photos via the online gallery.
04. Editing & delivery of your photos
The big day is here! We will meet at the time and location we agreed on. Be sure to be on time. If you arrive late, it will possibly cut into your shoot time.
During the photo shoot, it is important to me that you feel relaxed. I don't do forced posing. I will guide you throughout the whole process but most importantly I want you to be yourself and have fun to make the shoot go smoothly. I'll play some music for an enjoyable and fun experience.
03. Day of the photo shoot
About two weeks before our shoot, you will receive a comprehensive guide with all kinds of tips to prepare for the big day. Think styling advice, my client wardrobe you can make use of and other helpful tips that will make the shoot easier. Along with a location guide for inspiration and locations to choose from.
02. Client guide with tips & styling advice
After you submit your inquiry, lock in your date, sign contract & pay a 20% deposit, we will then get the chance to chat details, location and style your session in details via email chat, text or a personal phone call chat. As soon as I receive the payment, your spot is reserved in my calendar.

Generally, the shoot will take place as long as it’s cloudy. I actually love cloudy weather you get cool weather and images are always perfect!
However, if it rains, I will reach out to you to see if you’d like to proceed as scheduled the day before the session or find my next available date to reschedule.
What if it's predicted to rain during our session?
You will receive your gallery within three weeks of your session. I do deliver all of my galleries as soon as they are complete. So if I complete your session in just a week, I will send it out!
I hand-edit each image carefully, so the time I spend editing time is worth the result!
How long will it take to get my photos?
You will pay 20% of the package price as a deposit in advance to reserve your spot. A week before your session date you will receive an email with invoice for the remaining amount (75%) that is due 2 days before your session date.
How does the payment work?
Absolutely! I have 10+ dresses for maternity and non maternity and you are welcome to wear one during your session! You can find all the items of my client closet in my prep & styling guide which you will receive 2 weeks before our session.
Can I use dresses from your client closet?
The cancellation deadline for a photo shoot is 48 hours after payment of the deposit. The deposit is considered a cancellation fee and is never refundable.

Pricing
Each photo shoot includes 30 images in high resolution by default. If you have chosen a bigger package, you will be able to download more images. Raw unedited images will not be provided added to galleries.
In case you went for the basic package but you still want to purchase additional photos, you're more than welcome to. Pricing for additional photos can be found here.
